You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and other documentation as ph86 may reasonably request. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
ph86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph86 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, ph86 may withhold funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.
ph86 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and Philippine-issued debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on ph86 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph86's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph86 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph86 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph86 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your ph86 account at any time by contacting ph86 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
ph86 may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if ph86 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority, or if ph86 ceases to operate the Platform. Upon termination by ph86 for cause, ph86 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph86 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
ph86 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
ph86 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph86 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of ph86 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
